Villa Casabianca 1573
The VILLA CASABIANCA 1573, sits on a hill in the parish of Castelraimondo, equidistant from the unspoilt beaches of the Adriatic sea, and the blue mountains of the Sibyllines.
VILLA CASABIANCA 1573 sits on the top of a small hill on the border of the old territories of Castelraimondo and Castel Santa Maria, nestling in a landscape characaterised by warm colours, gentle hills and evocative sunsets.
The construction date of the villa is uncertain but its history goes back to 1573 when it belonged to the Reverenda Camera Apostolica, an ancient organization of the Vatican State which owned the property for approximately 3 centuries.
Recently renovated to form a stunning country house, this unique location in the centre of italy provides an ideal base to make numerous excursions into the Marche and to explore the neighbouring regions of Umbria and Tuscany.
Inside the house it is possible to relax peacefully in the Sala Raffaello on the second floor, whiling away the hours with your nose in a favourite novel.
Surrounded by panoramic views in which your gaze inevitably becomes lost, the four appartments ( S.Vicino, Il Cassero, Tre Finestre, Monti Sibillini) have their own kitchen, private bathroom and separate entrance.
Alternatively, the swimming pool, a patch of blue in the midst of the mountains, allows you the perfect opportunity to enjoy a completely relaxing break, far from the maddening crowd.
Additional 4 apartments (La Quercia, Gli Ulivi, Le Betulle, I Cipressi) have been created in the former old stable.
