Who we are

In 2001 I decided to create this website to offer an information platform for people who might want to go to the little know region of "Le Marche" in Italy. In the beginning there were just a few Italian friends offering their homes for vacationers...

For a quite a while it was a pleasure to offer this service, but eventually it became a real task: because of quite a high number of inquiries we have now (since early 2006) been working on a restructuring of the site. It is to become a complete platform for vacation homes and apartments of the Marche region, with detailed descriptions of all homes/apartments including photo galleries, with up-to-date calendars showing which periods are already rented, with extensive opportunities to search and filter the information, and with an on-line booking system to accommodate the hopefully many enthusiastic vacationers...

We now present a broad spectrum of many different vacation homes and apartments, almost all of which are PRIVATELY MANAGED! Most of them are owned by friends and acquaintances from the days that we lived there ourselves or from the many, many holidays we spent in the region. Others have come to join later because they wanted to present their lovingly tended homes/apartments in this special environment.

We ourselves are "communicators", not realtors. We want to step in to help make it easy for you to book a relaxing vacation in the wonderful Marche region - without having to deal with language barriers. So enjoy comfortably communicating via phone or email in your mother tongue and browsing through information in English about this little known but ever so wonderful region of Italy...
